Can I see a sample of your products before I order?
Yes, please vist our samples page for more information.
I would like to buy food packaging but I cannot find it on Cater For Trade?
Cater For Trade was set up for the licenced retail trade so only sells plastic glasses and paper cups, all our food packaging can be found on cater4you.co.uk and is at our trade prices already.
I don’t understand the price breaks you have put on the site?
We give break point pricing for additional quantity of products. Below the description and above the pricing is a line saying how many glasses / product is in a unit. You will be buying a unit of something. For example if the product listing says...

Case of 500 glasses

Price : (7 or fewer items) £33.38 (£40.06 Including VAT at 20%)
Price : (8 or more items) £29.20 (£35.04 Including VAT at 20%)


Then 1 unit is a case of 500 glasses, if you want fewer than 7 cases of 500 then each case will cost £33.38, however if you want 8 or more cases of 500 then each case will be £29.20.
What is the minimum I can order?
There is a minimum order of £100 on Cater For Trade, if you are wanting to place an order for less than this, please visit our sister site - cater4you.co.uk
Can I pay on Account?
We do not run credit accounts for any of our customers. If you would like to pay by cheque or BACS we are able to send you a pro-forma invoice, once we have received payment we will dispatch your goods.
Do you accept all major take credit cards?
We take all major credit and debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Solo, Electron, Maestro.
Who is Sagepay?
Sagepay is a company that processes the credit card payment on our behalf. Cater For You does not hold any credit card details for security purposes. Sagepay is one of the major credit card processing companies in the United Kingdom owned by Sage and use a fully secure website, they are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
Can I pay by cheque or bank transfer?
Yes you can, please contact us with what you would like to order, we will then send you a pro forma invoice for you to raise a cheque or bank transfer. Once we have received the payment we will dispatch the goods.
Can I pay through my Paypal account?
Yes, the option to pay via Paypal will be given on the 3rd page of the checkout.
Will I receive a confirmation of order?
Yes you should receive an email confirming your order. We will also send a confirmation of shipping email to you and there will be an invoice on top of the box for your accounts (if applicable).
I haven’t received a confirmation email of my order?
If you are paying by Paypal, please ensure that you return to the web site once you have completed your transaction in Paypal, otherwise a confirmation email will not be triggered (though you will receive the Paypal confirmation email).

If you didn’t pay by Paypal, check the order definitely went through (check your credit card) or during working hours give us a call / drop us an email to check.
