We currently use a fleet of couriers to transport our products which is a next working day service. They will normally deliver before lunchtime although it may take up until 5pm for goods to be received.
All orders over being delivered to a UK mainland address will receive Free Shipping, orders going to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of White, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland will incurr a small delivery charge.
Most of the items on the website are held in stock unless otherwise indicated. If it is in stock, then we will normally deliver within 3 working days.
If a product is not in stock, then we aim to ship the goods to you within 10 working days - we will notify you if there is to be a delay.
|Delivery Quotes to the Highlands, Islands, Northern & Southern Ireland.|
When purchasing through our online shopping cart, the delivery charges will automatically be calculated according to weight. To view the cost of carriage charges, simply add the items to the cart and it will tell you automatically on page three of the checkout process - this is a speedier process than requesting a quote.
We are frequently asked about Saturday deliveries - we are able to do this, dispatching on a Friday for Saturday morning delivery, this is a costly service which leaves little margin for error. If however you would like a quote for a Saturday delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.
If the products you have chosen do not meet your approval, please return them to us within seven days and on receipt we will be happy to make a refund for the value of the goods. We are unable to refund carriage charges because we will have incurred the costs as soon as the goods are dispatched. For this reason we ask you to ensure that somebody will be available to receive the goods you have ordered.
Where items are being returned we must insist that they are returned unused, in their own original packaging. Please make sure you get proof of postage from the post office when you return an item in case of loss.

|How quickly do you deliver?|
All orders received by 2pm on a working day will normally be shipped out for delivery next working day. Our courier normally leaves at 4pm. If you need something next day please give us a call so we can look out for the order and check stock availability for you. This only applies to Mainland United Kingdom.
|Who do you use to deliver?|
We use Parcelforce and the APC next day courier network to deliver across the UK and to Northern and Southern Ireland.
|When is the final cut off point for ordering to receive a next working day delivery?|
We normally say the cut off is at 2pm to be certain however please call if it is after 3pm and we will try our best to get it out of the door. Sometimes it will not be possible though. This is also stock dependant, for large orders please contact us before hand to ensure we have the stock available.
|Can I collect from you?|
Yes you can, but please give us a call first to arrange collection.
|Can I specify a time for delivery?|
Standard deliveries will be made between 8.00am to 5pm however upgraded timed deliveries are available at an extra cost, please contact us for these additional charges.
|Do you deliver overseas?|
We deliver into Europe though the La Poste network, which is a road parcels network, for information on this service please visit our European Deliveries page.
We are able to deliver orders further afield however they have to go via air freight which tends to be volumed making it very expensive especially when compared to the cost of our goods. If however you would like a quote then please send us an email outlining exactly what it is you would like to order and we will put a quote together for you.
|Can I track my order online?|
Yes you can. Once the order has been shipped, we send you a confirmation email with tracking details. These are normally updated once the packages have arrived at the main depot in the evening.
|Some DOs and DON'Ts:|
Be aware that deliveries are normally made by our overnight couriers in the morning however delivery can be any time up to 5pm
Be exact when specifying delivery addresses.
Make sure that somebody will be there to receive the goods, if you cannot be sure somebody will be in then please use another delivery address
eg. your work address. After two attempts the goods are returned to us. We reserve the right to re-charge any delivery costs if we re-send the goods to you
Try and specify a timed delivery our couriers will normally be delivering many packages from various companies each day to your region.
Expect deliveries to be made on Saturday or Sunday - this will not happen.
Demand complicated delivery instructions eg please leave my goods in my next door neighbours garden shed.
Ask for the courier to call a certain time before delivery, our couriers are not able to do this.
